Service Description
For existing clients interested in booking a Yearly Touch up ( Refresher ) appointment - you must email a clear photo of your current brows with NO makeup on to gene.browart@gmail.com to be pre-approved. Please Note: A Color Refresher appointment cannot be performed any sooner than 12 months following the last procedure. This is to ensure the quality of your results and the integrity of your skin. Any existing work MUST be lightened a minimum of 60% or more in order to avoid over-saturation of color, overworking the skin and for your results to stay as aesthetically natural as possible.
Cancellation Policy
GENE PHILLIPS BROW ART — BOOKING POLICY BOOKING FEE: • $350 non-refundable, applied toward total cost. RESCHEDULING: • 72+ hours’ notice required. Less than 72 hours: booking fee forfeited + $350 rebooking fee. • One courtesy reschedule allowed; additional reschedules require new fee. LATE / NO-SHOW: • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and booking fee will be forfeited. No exceptions. CONSULTATIONS: • Old tattoos require consultation. In-person $100 non-refundable; FaceTime free. TOUCH-UPS: • Not included in initial session. Additional session fees apply for some skin types or aftercare issues. PAYMENT: • Remaining balance due at completion. Accepted methods: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Credit Card. STUDIO POLICIES: • No third parties allowed. Prices may change. Service may be refused at discretion. RESULTS DISCLAIMER: • Outcomes not guaranteed due to skin type, lifestyle, healing, or aftercare. By booking, you accept liability terms. ⸻ BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT AVOID BLOOD-THINNING SUBSTANCES: • Do not take aspirin, niacin, vitamin E, or ibuprofen within 24 hours prior. These can increase bleeding and affect pigment retention. AVOID ALCOHOL AND CAFFEINE: • Consuming these within 24 hours before your session can cause swelling, redness, and affect healing. NO FACIAL TREATMENTS: • No facials, Botox, chemical peels, or laser treatments within 4 weeks prior to your appointment to prevent irritation or uneven pigment absorption. FACIAL SURGERY OR PROCEDURES: • Schedule your brow session after any facial surgeries or treatments (facelift, eyelid surgery, etc.) to ensure proper symmetry and optimal results.
