Service Description
For existing clients interested in booking a Yearly Touch up ( Refresher ) appointment - you must email a clear photo of your current brows with NO makeup on to gene.browart@gmail.com to be pre-approved. Please Note: A Color Refresher appointment cannot be performed any sooner than 12 months following the last procedure. This is to ensure the quality of your results and the integrity of your skin. Any existing work MUST be lightened a minimum of 60% or more in order to avoid over-saturation of color, overworking the skin and for your results to stay as aesthetically natural as possible.
Cancellation Policy
📌 Booking & Rescheduling Policy (Point Form) Booking Fee • A non-refundable $350 booking fee is required to secure your appointment. • This amount will be deducted from the total cost of your Cosmetic Tattoo procedure. Rescheduling Notice • You must inform us at least 72 hours before your appointment if you need to reschedule. • Notice must be given by call or text. • Failure to give 72-hour notice will result in your booking fee being forfeited. Late Reschedule / No Notice • If you fail to notify us 72 hours prior, a $350 surcharge is required to rebook. • This surcharge must be paid upfront before a new appointment is scheduled. Carrying Over Your Booking Fee • You may carry your booking fee over once only, if you reschedule with proper notice. • Any additional rescheduling will require: • A new booking fee, and • Updated pricing for that year. If Gene Phillips Brow Art Reschedules • If we must reschedule your appointment, you may: • Choose a new available date OR • Receive a refund of your booking fee if the new time does not fit your schedule. Cancellations • If you cancel after paying the booking fee, the fee is non-refundable. • Refunds are given only under special circumstances and at the discretion of Gene Phillips Brow Art. Late Arrivals • Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late will be marked as a no-show. • No-shows will have their booking fee forfeited with no exceptions. Old Tattoos • We do not work on old tattoos unless they are very faded/light. • A consultation ($100, non-refundable) is required to determine if the procedure is possible. • The consultation fee does not go toward the cost of the procedure. • If the procedure cannot be performed, the initial booking fee will not be refunded. Skin Types & Additional Sessions • Certain skin types (e.g., oily or sensitive skin) or failure to follow pre/post-care instructions may require an additional session. • Additional sessions will incur a touch-up fee. Final Payment • Once the procedure is complete, the remaining balance must be paid. • Accepted payment methods: Cash , Zelle , Credit Card During the Procedure • No third parties are allowed in the procedure room. • Only the client and the cosmetic tattoo artist may be present.
