Gene is absolutely amazing!! She made me feel so welcome and comfortable from the moment we saw each other. I loved her professionalism and how clearly she explained everything to me. She made sure I was happy, comfortable and in no pain, at all times. I am amazed and fascinated with the results so far, I’ve gotten so many compliments and I can honestly say she is the reason! Got the nano brows procedure and it turned out SO GOOD! Gene was so patience and sweet the entire time. I'm the world's biggest baby and was terrified of the potential pain but she made sure to continuously apply the numbing cream and ask if I was okay. It was so thoughtful. Gene is absolutely stellar! I’m not new to the macroblading scene so I knew what to expect more or less, but Gene’s technique and process completely blew me away. She was meticulous and is a perfectionist, which was such a relief because in the past, most artist would just “eye ball” the symmetry. Not here! Gene measured and drew and checked in with me throughout the whole appointment to make sure things were going in the direction I wanted. She absolutely understands eyebrows and I’m so happy I found her. I look forward to continue to work with her in the future for touch-ups, etc. If you’re thinking about trying nano brows, I can’t rave about it enough. It looks so natural. Truly the best class Ive taken since becoming a Permanent Makeup Artist. The online class was 12 weeks long which is so rare and so needed in this industry. Usually it’s like 2 days of class then you’re left to your own devices to really figure all the kinks out. Not the case here at all! When it comes to pmu training, I have never learned so much and have never felt so prepared to start working on models as I did after Gene’s class. And it was all online! Nothing in person! She is so helpful and quick to provide invaluable feedback. Couldn’t recommend this course any more and I hope Gene will have more in the future I can attend. ☺️ ❤️ -Kellie

I truly enjoyed my experience with Jene as a whole, not just for the nano brows but her personality, conversations and her meticulous preparation in crafting the perfect nano brow. She is very detail oriented and precise in her work. As someone who is particular about my cosmetic procedures, I truly appreciate that she takes so much time to show you what her plan is, show you the colors and explain why on her choices. She then shows you multiple times during each stage of the nano brown process what is happening and gets your consent before moving forward. I felt confident throughout the entire process that she was not only making the best choices for me but also listening about any needs or concerns I may have had. I am so pleased with my natural yet full nano brows.
Also, for any concerns, the process is virtually painless. I chose not to have the numbing cream for the first pass and then she applied it for the rest. The pain for the first pass without any numbing cream felt similar to laser hair removal but even less painful. And then after the numbing cream you only feel pressure. It’s very pleasant!

Gene is an absolute DREAM. I was introduced to her work a few months back and am so glad that I was. For starters, she was so easy to book with, FRIENDLY, thorough, professional.
