Cancellation Policy

GENE PHILLIPS BROW ART — TOUCH-UP POLICY TOUCH-UP FEE: • All touch-ups are $200. • The touch-up fee is non-refundable. RESCHEDULING & NOTICE: • 72 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling your touch-up appointment. • Rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in: • Forfeiture of your booking fee • A $200 rebooking fee COURTESY RESCHEDULE: • You may reschedule once as a one-time courtesy. • Any additional reschedules require a new touch-up fee. LATE / NO-SHOW POLICY: • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the touch-up booking fee will be forfeited. • No exceptions. GENERAL INFORMATION: • Touch-ups are scheduled to perfect your initial procedure and maintain your desired results. • By booking a touch-up, you acknowledge and agree to the non-refundable fee and the rescheduling policies listed above.
