Nano Brow Online Training Enrollment Details Dear Student, Thank you for your interest in the Nano Brow Online Training Program. Below are the official details regarding course structure, payment, and enrollment procedures. Course Details: • Duration: 12 weeks • Course Materials: Online streaming and printable PDFs for practice • Bonus: Includes a complimentary basic brow mapping online video and printable practice sheet • Limited Availability: Each group is limited to 10 students, with new intakes starting the first week of every month • Payment Deadline: Fees must be secured before the 1st of the month via Zelle or online banking Tuition & Payment Information: • Course Fee: $1,299 • Payment Methods: • Zelle / Online Banking: No additional charges • Credit Card: A 3.5% processing fee applies, bringing the total to $1,345 • Fees paid are not refundable & transferable. Enrollment Process: 1. Submit your payment via your preferred method. 2. Notify us once payment is completed. 3. Upon confirmation of payment, you will receive the official registration form for enrollment. 4. Once your registration is complete, you will receive access to the course materials. Terms & Condition: 1. Tuition Fee: • The course costs $1,299, payable in full upon registration. • Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless agreed in writing. • If you can’t start the course, your payment is valid for up to 3 months if you notify GPBA at least a week in advance. 2. Training Details: • This is a 12-week online training course with video tutorials, learning materials, and scheduled assignments. • Students must follow the assignment schedule. • Extensions may be granted in emergencies at GPBA’s discretion. 3. Certification: • Students must complete and submit all assignments on time. • Late or incomplete work may result in denied certification. • Certification is granted only after successful evaluation. 4. Live Models: • The course does not include live model practice. Students will work on artificial skin or approved materials. 5. Intellectual Property: • All course materials belong to GPBA. • Students cannot copy, share, or use them for other purposes without written consent. 6. Student Responsibilities: • Students must submit assignments on schedule. • They are responsible for securing their own practice materials. • Missed deadlines without approval may lead to course termination or denial of certification. 7. Confidentiality: • Students must keep course content confidential. • Recording, photographing, or sharing materials is prohibited without written permission. 8. Intellectual Property Rights: • GPBA owns all training content and student submissions. • GPBA may use submitted work for promotional or educational purposes. 9. Blood-borne Pathogen Certification: • Students must obtain blood-borne pathogen certification independently if they plan to practice professionally. 10. Liability Waiver: • Students acknowledge the risks involved and agree not to hold GPBA liable for any issues arising from training. 11. Termination: • GPBA may revoke course access if students violate these terms. • Students can cancel before accessing course materials by providing written notice.
