Cancelation Policy

The deposit of $100 to secure your appointment is NOT REFUNDABLE. Please only book the appointment if you are certain you can make it. You must inform us at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to the procedure if you are unable to attend your appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in your deposit being forfeited. You can only reschedule ONE TIME. If you reschedule your appointment more than once, you will be required to pay a new deposit. The fees currently active when rescheduling will apply. If you wish to cancel after placing the deposit, your deposited fee is non-refundable. Gene Phillips Brow Art reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to provide deposit refunds. Any decision to provide a refund shall be on a case-by-case basis and shall only be considered under special circumstances. Anyone who is late for more than 15 minutes will be considered a no-show and will have his or her deposit forfeited. Gene Phillips Brow Art does not work on old tattoos unless they are very faded / light. Please schedule a consultation session before making any appointment to ensure the procedure can be performed. Initial deposits will not be refunded if the procedure cannot be performed. There is a $100 charge for the consultation session which is nonrefundable. The consultation fee will not be applied towards the cost of the procedure. One’s results are extremely dependent on how one heals and will vary with each individual guest based on: skin, blood type, lifestyle, existing hair, bone structure, any medications taken and aftercare. Specific results or color requests for tattoos are not guaranteed. Everyone heals and accepts the pigment differently. We provide the same service for every client, but retention is dependent on your skin and lifestyle. Additional touch ups may be required to achieve desired results, because there are many variables that come into play when receiving cosmetic tattoos (including healing) that we cannot control. While we typically have beautiful results and happy clients, we cannot guarantee this procedure will totally replace your makeup or that the results you are looking for can be achieved within 2 sessions. We also cannot guarantee how long the results will last on you. Please read all our FAQ section prior to booking. All services provided are nonrefundable. Upon completion of the procedure, the balance is required to be paid. Payment can be made via Venmo, Zelle, Cash or Credit card. NO THIRD PARTY is allowed in the room during the procedure. They will be turned away. We, at our sole discretion, and without having to provide a reason, may refuse to provide service. With your confirmation of the booking, you acknowledge and agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law: we will not be liable for, and you indemnify us against, any consequential loss or damage suffered by you or any other party as a direct or indirect result of us providing the services to you.
