GENE PHILLIPS BROW ART — CONSULTATION POLICY CONSULTATION FEE: • All consultations are $100. • The consultation fee is non-refundable and does not apply toward the final procedure cost. RESCHEDULING & LATE POLICY: • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the consultation fee will be forfeited. • Please provide at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. GENERAL INFORMATION: • Consultations are designed to assess your eligibility, discuss desired results, and answer any questions regarding your procedure. • By booking a consultation, you acknowledge and agree that the fee is non-refundable under all circumstances except at the discretion of Gene Phillips Brow Art.
