Yearly Touch Up

Service Description

For existing clients interested in booking a Yearly Touch up ( Refresher ) appointment - you must email a clear photo of your current brows with NO makeup on to gene.browart@gmail.com to be pre-approved. Please Note: A Color Refresher appointment cannot be performed any sooner than 12 months following the last procedure. This is to ensure the quality of your results and the integrity of your skin. Any existing work MUST be lightened a minimum of 60% or more in order to avoid over-saturation of color, overworking the skin and for your results to stay as aesthetically natural as possible.

Cancellation Policy

A booking fee of $300 ( non-refundable ) is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from the total fee for the Cosmetic Tattoo Procedure. You must inform us at least 72 hours prior to the procedure if you are unable to attend your appointment to reschedule. Failure to provide adequate notice ( by call or text ) will result in your booking fee being forfeited. A surcharge fee of $300.00 is required to be paid upfront for rebooking your appointment should you not inform us 72 hours prior to your appointment. If you need to reschedule an existing appointment, you can carry your booking fee over to the new appointment date and time in accordance with the next available date on our calendar. This is a 1 time courtesy. However, if you need to reschedule more than once, you will be required to pay another booking fee and the fees for that year will also apply. If a new appointment for the procedure needs to be rescheduled by Gene Phillips Brow Art, there will be options for the clients to either re-schedule or a refund of the booking fee if the time and date are not suitable for the client's schedule. If you wish to cancel after placing the booking fee, your booking fee is non-refundable. Gene Phillips Brow Art reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to provide booking fee refunds. Any refund shall be on a case-to-case basis and only under special circumstances. Anyone who is late for more than 15 minutes will be considered a no-show and will have his or her booking fee forfeited. No exceptions. Gene Phillips Brow Art does not work on old tattoos unless they are very faded / light. Please schedule a consultation session before making an appointment to ensure the procedure can be performed. Initial booking fee will not be refunded if the procedure cannot be performed. There is a $100 charge for the consultation session, which is non-refundable. The consultation fee does not go towards the cost of the procedure. There are certain skin types that may require additional sessions to complete the brows. (For instance, oily or sensitive skin or the pre-procedure & and post-procedure instructions were not followed.) There shall be a touch up fee for an additional session if one is required due to the preceding reasons. Upon completion of the procedure, the balance is required to be paid.
