• A booking fee of $300 ( non-refundable ) is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from the total fee for the Cosmetic Tattoo Procedure.

• You must inform us at least 72 hours prior to the procedure if you are unable to attend your appointment to reschedule. Failure to provide adequate notice ( by call or text ) will result in your booking fee being forfeited.

• A surcharge fee of $300.00 is required to be paid upfront for rebooking your appointment should you not inform us 72 hours prior to your appointment.

• If you need to reschedule an existing appointment, you can carry your booking fee over to the new appointment date and time in accordance with the next available date on our calendar. This is a 1 time courtesy. However, if you need to reschedule more than once, you will be required to pay another booking fee and the fees for that year will also apply.

• If a new appointment for the procedure needs to be rescheduled by Gene Phillips Brow Art, there will be options for the clients to either re-schedule or a refund of the booking fee if the time and date are not suitable for the client's schedule. 

• If you wish to cancel after placing the booking fee, your booking fee is non-refundable.

• Gene Phillips Brow Art reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to provide booking fee refunds. Any refund shall be on a case-to-case basis and only under special circumstances.

• Anyone who is late for more than 15 minutes will be considered a no-show and will have his or her booking fee forfeited. No exceptions.

• Gene Phillips Brow Art does not work on old tattoos unless they are very faded / light. Please schedule a consultation session before making an appointment to ensure the procedure can be performed. Initial booking fee will not be refunded if the procedure cannot be performed. There is a $100 charge for the consultation session, which is non-refundable. The consultation fee does not go towards the cost of the procedure.

• There are certain skin types that may require additional sessions to complete the brows. (For instance, oily or sensitive skin or the pre-procedure & and post-procedure instructions were not followed.) There shall be a touch up fee for an additional session if one is required due to the preceding reasons.

• Upon completion of the procedure, the balance is required to be paid. Payment can be made via CASH or Venmo.

•  No third party is allowed in the room during the procedure. Only the client and the cosmetic tattoo artist.

• Gene Phillips Brow Art reserves the right to alter the price of our services prior to acceptance.

• We, at our sole discretion and without having to provide a reason, may refuse to provide the service.

• Whilst we strive to ensure that the services we provide are to the highest possible standards, we make NO guarantee

• or warranty of the results due to the variable nature of skin as it heals, and aftercare taken by clients.

• With your confirmation of the booking, you acknowledge and agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law: we will not be liable for, and you indemnify us against, any consequential loss or damage suffered by you or any other party as a direct or indirect result of us providing the services to you.
